Hey friends,

After a couple of rebuilding years, I want to pause and say THANK YOU!

Thank you for showing up, supporting one another, and helping us bring the expo back better than ever. This community doesn’t exist without you, the vendors who hustle, create, and make Montana weddings what they are. Your involvement means everything, and it’s been such a joy to see our association regain its spark.

We’ve got big things ahead. We’re not just focused on pulling off a killer expo in January 2026 (though trust me, it’s going to be one for the books). We’re also exploring new ways to add value to our members who keep this industry moving, and to the brides and grooms who trust us to help turn “I do” into an unforgettable Montana moment.

Here’s the truth: wedding planning is stressful. It’s equal parts spreadsheets, Pinterest boards, and “why is my fiancé arguing about napkins?” But at the end of the day, it’s about joy, and our job as an association is to keep that joy front and center, while making the planning and execution of each wedding that we support a whole lot easier.

So to our couples: don’t sweat the small stuff, enjoy the process, and let our incredible vendors carry some of the load. To our vendors: thank you for your talent, your grit, and your generosity. You’re the magic behind the Montana wedding dream.

Here’s to another year of building momentum, creating connections, and celebrating love under the Big Sky. Let’s make the year ahead one to remember.

… My Montana Wedding Association is over 23 years old!

…Our board is 100% volunteer-based! Other than a paid social media contractor, everything that we do here at the Association (including putting on the expo) happens because volunteer board members and committee members give their time and resources to keep the Association and its members supported and thriving.

…We have 4 mix and mingle events and 4-6 board meetings per year – often the board meetings and the mix and mingles happen at the same time. We also have one mandatory annual meeting per year, which typically happens the evening before the Wedding Expo.
